Terms and Conditions of Chauffeur Hire
- Kudos Chauffeurs, KudosChauffeurs.com, Kudos
Performance Car Hire are trading names of Kudos
Car Hire Limited.
- Kudos Chauffeurs request a minimum of 30 days notice for any
bookings.
- No hidden taxes, fees or extra charges will be
payable upon completion of the hire, except
where additional waiting time has been incurred.
- If you would like to book a car with less than
30 days notice, please contact us and we will try
to accommodate you.
- Your Kudos Chauffeur will drive at safe and sensible
speeds in accordance with road conditions,
traffic and the legal speed limits.
- Every effort will be made by Kudos Chauffeurs
Ltd to ensure that our vehicle's or
sub-contracted vehicle's arrive on time.
- No responsibility will be accepted by the
company for adverse weather, traffic conditions
or fuel shortages, which may cause delay or
cancellation of a booking, by the company.
- Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers
are punctual, you will understand that we cannot
accept responsibility for delays caused by
circumstances out of our control.
- In the event of unforeseen delays the company
will endeavour to contact the hirer by
telephone.
- Kudos Chauffeurs will travel by the most
appropriate route on the day, unless instructed
otherwise by the customer at the time of
booking.
- If there are any changes or variations
including extra mileage to the booked journey other
than what was agreed at the time of booking, the
client will be charged extras in accordance with
our pricing.
- We reserve the right to change your vehicle or
chauffeur at any time if necessary.
- Whilst every effort is made by the company to
maintain the roadworthiness of the vehicles, no
responsibility can be accepted for breakdown
either prior or during the hire, however caused.
In the unlikely event that breakdown occurs
every effort will be made to provide a
comparable vehicle in the same class as the
vehicle requested, for which a refund will not
be allowed.
- A partial refund will only be allowed if a
substitute car of a lower class is sent, alternatively,
a full refund to the value of the hire will be
given if the customer does not wish to have a substitute
car.
- We understand that there may be some
disappointment which is why we will do our utmost
to ensure that you are satisfied.
- We may provide certified subcontracted vehicles
occasionally.
- Clients are responsible for any damage they
cause to the interior and or exterior of a
vehicle on hire to them and will be billed
accordingly for any repair or valeting required
in order to reinstate a vehicle to working
order.
- Kudos Chauffeurs vehicles and
sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for
passenger and third party claims. However,
customer's property is carried entirely at
their own risk and Kudos Chauffeurs shall
not be held responsible/liable for any
loss/damage to such property.
- Kudos Chauffeurs keeps lost property at their office, and will endeavour to
return any lost goods left in our vehicles or
subcontracted vehicles to the customer.
- Kudos Chauffeurs and our drivers have
the right to refuse to carry any passenger who
is thought to be under the influence of alcohol
or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat
either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any
other passengers.
- Kudos Chauffeurs maintains a strict
non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. The
consumption of food, drinks or drugs are not
permitted within our vehicles.
- Nothing contained in these terms and
conditions can affect the Client's' statutory
rights.
- By supplying your email address you permit Kudos Chauffeurs
to contact you via email, in return we promise
never to supply your email to any third party.

Cancellation Policy
- Once a booking is confirmed via our booking
letter, the customer has seven days in which to
cancel. If a booking is cancelled by the
customer after the seven day limit, the deposit paid will be
non-refundable.
- If a booking is cancelled by the customer
within 24 hours of the hire date, all monies paid will be
non-refundable.
- If the customer does not appear at the time
and place designated as the pickup point, all
monies paid will be non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation any deposit
paid would be forfeited, however, in exceptional
circumstances deposits may be refunded at the
discretion of the company.
Kudos Chauffeurs Customer Privacy Policy
Kudos Chauffeurs are committed to protecting
your privacy. The personal information which we
hold will be held securely in accordance with
our internal security policy and the law.
We will not transfer any information outside
the European Economic Area. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998).
Kudos Chauffeurs only collect information
about you to process your quote or booking
requests.
The type of information we will collect about
you includes: your name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, credit/debit card details.
We do not store your credit/debit card
information once your booking has been
processed.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless
you have given us your consent and you can be
sure that under no circumstances
will we divulge your information to any third
party.
We will give you the chance to refuse any
marketing e-mail from us in the future.
The information we hold will be accurate and
up to date. You can check the information that
we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or amend them
promptly. If you have any questions or comments
